CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Concut specializes in building custom equipment, blades, bits and segments for the professional concrete cutting, stone and block manufacturing industries. Our in-house applications engineer works closely with customers to design products for specific job site needs. Our on-site manufacturing capabilities allow us to respond quickly to urgent requests, often within 24 hours.

RETIPPING AND REPAIR

Retipping or repairing used blades and bits can save money. We will retip core bits from 3/8" to 72" in diameter. Brazed blades of 40" in diameter and larger may also be retipped. We will repair all makes of blades and core bits to replace lost or damaged segments. We also provide blade retensioning.

EQUIPMENT REPAIR

Concut offers repair services for virtually all makes of equipment, including Cardi, Diamond Products, Diamond Tech, Golz, Husqvarna, ICS, Meco and Wolverine.
