Small
Block Grinder
The CBE-1500 is the most affordable block grinder on the market today. The CB-1500E provides big machine quality and safety at the fraction of the cost of other alternatives. Utilizing Concut's proprietary "Turbo Wheel" design, coarse and fine grinding can be accomplished in a single pass with a single grinding head. Premium ground-faced block can be achieved for less than $.50 per face, including labor and grinding head wear. The CB-1500 features a 10 HP electric motor and solid state controls on a heavy-duty structural steel frame. The completely enclosed grinding operation provides for maximum operator safety. This block grinder can also be adapted to bullnose or chamfer block.

Large
Block Grinder
Concut's large block grinder, the CB-2000 is available in both single and multiple head versions. The single head machine has a small footprint, is very easy to maintain and is extremely reliable.
Standard features in the CB-2000 single-head machine include:
- Surface module with turbo design head (surface finish comparable to 3 head machines)
- 480 VAC, 30 HP spindle drive with soft start controls
- Quick disconnect for power, water and module mounting

Block Saw
Concut offers the industry’s most precise and durable 24” block saw. The CB‐Super Saw features a heavy duty 3” structural steel frame, a fixed cutting head and extremely precise and durable roller table. This 10HP electric saw is perfect for the block plant, masonry yard or masonry contractor that is doing a lot of cutting on a daily basis. Unlike other saws on the market, this saw will consistently cut straight and resist damage. With just a change of the blade and the mounting of a bullnosing or chamfering head, this flexible saw becomes the industry’s most cost‐effective way to bullnose or chamfer block. Retippable bullnose or chamfer diamond segments provide a superior quality finish with long cutting life. This saw is also available in a 20” version. Standard features include:
